Hardial Singh Kular was a Kenya international player. He was Kenya's coach at Tokyo 1964 and Mexico 1968 Olympic Games. He served as Chairman of Kenya Hockey Union from 1982 to 1998 and President of African Hockey Federation from 1987 until 1998. He served on FIH Technical and Competition Committees from 1966 until 1998. He was also a member of Hockey Rules Board from 1972 to 1998.
